Integrative Therapy:
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to emotional health. Not everyone feels ready to talk straight away, and that’s completely okay. I often integrate creative tools such as journaling, drawing, metaphors, and other expressive activities to help explore thoughts and feelings that can be hard to put into words.
I use developmentally appropriate psychoeducation, which can be incredibly empowering and help deepen self-understanding. These approaches can make the therapeutic process feel more engaging, accessible, and tailored to everyone’s individual needs.
Whether your child is feeling anxious, withdrawn, overwhelmed, or simply needs someone to talk to, integrative therapy adapts as they grow and change. My goal is always to meet them where they are and work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
For teenagers and young adults, sessions tend to be more conversational, while still incorporating creativity and proactive tools. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly and build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges.
